Senior Executive Sales (Male Only)
- Education : B.Com/BBA/ MBA
- Vehicle : Own Vehicle Mandatory
- Compensation : 3 to 3.5LPA
Experience:
2 – 4 years of sales experience in Electric Vehicle (EV)/ Battery/ Solar industry/Electricals – must be in Channel Marketing (Dealers & distributors)
Job Role:
- Sales Management
- Distributor selection & on boarding
- Setting up required system & processes at distributors to drive day to day business
- Sales planning
- Drive monthly sales target along with distributor & distributor team
- Developing channel to drive sales of focus products
- Build connection with EV/Solar retailers in the given territory
- Understand all the system’s & processes to drive day to day business effectively
- Ensure distributors, distributor teams & channel partners are aware about EV & Energy Storage System products
- Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
- Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Soft Skills required
- A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills. Knowhow of local language is added advantage
- Good knowledge of excel, able to interpret data & comfortable working with data
- Comfortable with travelling as required
- Retail & Regional sales, Channel partners, Dealer development
